Women are building the future & we need to fund it
Every day, I meet women with bold ideas, big dreams, and the hustle to turn them into something real. But here's the hard truth: women founders receive just 2% of venture capital funding. That’s not a gap—it’s a canyon.
At the same time, the Small Business Administration is shrinking its support, and banks are tightening their lending belts. So where does that leave the women building businesses, solving problems, and carrying communities?
That’s why I teach girls entrepreneurship skills and I invest in women-led startups. Because women and girls have real challenges, and we need entrepreneurs who understand those struggles from the inside out. Whether it’s in healthcare, tech, education, wellness, or financial freedom, women are not just dreaming, they’re designing the solutions.
Investing in women isn’t charity. It’s smart business. It’s betting on innovation, resilience, and a better future for all of us. It BOOSTS our economy.
Let’s close the gap. Let’s back women who are building what the world needs.
