Empowering Girls’ Dreams

At the Girl Gonna Launch Foundation, we believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to see herself as a leader, innovator, and creator of change. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer a grant program designed to support educators, schools, and community organizations that are fostering entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and confidence in girls ages 11 to 15.

Whether you're launching a school-based entrepreneurship club, hosting a weekend innovation workshop, or integrating design thinking into your curriculum—we want to help bring your vision to life.

We provide microgrants to support programs and projects that:

  • Teach entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or business skills

  • Encourage creative problem-solving and innovation

  • Amplify girls’ voices, leadership, and agency

  • Center the lived experiences and potential of girls ages 11–15

We welcome applications from:

  • Teachers and school staff

  • Nonprofits and after-school programs

  • Libraries, community centers, and creative learning hubs

Applicants must be one of the following:

  • A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

  • A public or charter school (including teachers or administrators applying on behalf of their school)

  • A library, museum, or youth-serving community organization

  • A fiscally sponsored project with a registered 501(c)(3) sponsor

Note: We do not provide funding directly to individuals unless they are affiliated with an eligible entity (e.g., a teacher applying through their school).

We prioritize applications that:

  • Reach girls who are underrepresented in entrepreneurship and STEM

  • Build a sense of belonging and confidence

  • Encourage collaboration, creative problem solving, and leadership

  • Are led by educators and mentors who believe in girls

We require:

  • Organizations to track and report how funds are spent

  • Projects to include a basic budget

  • Projects to begin within 6 months of receiving funding

  • Grant recipients to submit a short impact report or reflection at the end of the funding period

Apply now and spark something amazing!

Middle school is a pivotal time. It’s when girls begin to form ideas about who they are—and who they’re not. It’s when confidence dips and the gender gap in entrepreneurship begins to widen.

Girl Gonna Launch grants are about changing that.

It’s about showing girls that their ideas matter, their creativity has value, and they have what it takes to lead.

Let’s build the future—girl by girl, BIG dream by BIG dream.
