Have you talked to people about this problem on social media and IRL? Have you identified a problem lots of customers will eagerly pay to have solved for them?

03 — Mobilize the Resources to Solve the Problem

Mobilize the talent, capital, skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to effectively and creatively solve this problem. What are your strengths? What are your skill gaps? Who can fill those gaps?

04 — Invest in Cultivating Your Network

Who’s in your network? Network capital is like any other form of capital – it needs to be invested in to grow in value over time.

05 — Test Your Initial Solution in the World

Go out into the world and fearlessly ask for feedback. What do people like about your solution? What don’t they like? Are you solving this problem in a way your potential customers like and want? Have you designed with empathy for them?

06 — Find Your Market

Who are your customers? And how will you let them know you have a great solution to their problem? Where are they most receptive and likely to hear about your product or service?

07 — Launch
