Summer Internship Program
open to all rising Juniors and Seniors
At Girl Gonna Launch, we believe that when young women step forward with courage, creativity, and conviction, they don’t just change their own futures—they change the world. That’s why our Summer Internship Program is more than just a summer job. It’s an opportunity to lead, to serve, and to make a real impact in the lives of middle school girls who are learning to dream big.
For 8–10 weeks from June through August, you’ll be part of a vibrant team working in Chicago, on the North Shore, and in hybrid roles. It’s a 30–40 hour a week commitment filled with purpose, learning, and community.
Internships Available
Marketing & Strategy
Step into the storyteller’s seat. You’ll create social media content, capture the energy of camp in photos and videos, spotlight our girls’ achievements, and share our story through newsletters and updates. You’ll also dive into stakeholder interviews and track what resonates, learning how to share a mission in ways that inspire and move people.
Community Impact
Be at the heart of our connection to families and community partners. You’ll reach out to schools, nonprofits, and parent groups, and you’ll gather stories that reflect the heart of our work. You’ll help imagine and design new programs, support events and after-school opportunities, and collect data that shows how together we are making a difference
