Why launch?

Entrepreneurship is the most accessible path to wealth in the US

History shows us that wealth is the means to make social change.

Wealth is a tool for progress.

Wealth is the key to personal freedom.

Wealth helps make the change YOU want to see.

Wealth is power.

If women want to make meaningful change to the status quo they need to be able to write the checks to do it…

Why girls?

Because every girl deserves a space where she can feel good about being a girl.

Middle school is a turning point. It’s when confidence can waver, when the world starts sending louder messages about who a girl is supposed to be, and who she’s not. That’s why Girl Gonna Launch is here. We create spaces where girls are not only seen and heard, but celebrated. Where leadership, creativity, and courage are just part of the culture. Where being a girl is powerful.

Because girls need to see what’s possible, and meet others who dream BIG, too.

Something special happens when girls come together. They lift each other up. They spark ideas. They collaborate with kindness and build something greater than they ever imagined alone. Girl Gonna Launch connects like-minded girls across backgrounds to explore entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation—together.

Because when women lead, everyone wins.

If you don’t believe us, believe the data: Women-founded companies don’t just succeed—they outperform. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, women are more likely than men to start purpose-driven businesses. They lead not just for profit, but for progress and social impact—to make the world a better place.

But here’s the hard truth: Women entrepreneurs still receive just 2% of all venture capital funding, despite owning nearly 4 in 10 businesses in the U.S. That’s not just unfair—it’s a missed opportunity.

At Girl Gonna Launch, we believe that when you write girls into the story of entrepreneurship, you don’t just change their lives. You open doors to potential, possibility, and prosperity for all of us.

Why now?

The world is evolving at an extraordinary pace. Technology is changing how we live, how we work, and how we lead.

Breakthroughs in artificial intelligence aren’t just reshaping industries, they’re reshaping what it means to learn, to grow, and to make your mark.

At Girl Gonna Launch, we don’t just prepare girls for the future, we help them shape it.

Our camps and workshops teach real-world skills that every girl deserves to know:

  • How to start a viable and desirable business—one that solves problems, creates value, and reflects who you are

  • How to market and sell your ideas with confidence, creativity, and purpose

  • How to fearlessly pitch—clear, compelling, and grounded in what you believe

  • How to build wealth—not just to have it, but to use it wisely and generously

And because AI is already part of our daily lives, we make sure girls aren’t just consumers of technology, they’re creators with it. From brainstorming venture ideas to writing marketing copy to building smart prototypes, our students use AI tools to expand what’s possible, not replace what matters.

But beyond the tech and tactics, we’re building something even more important: a mindset.

We’re helping girls ask bold questions. Try, fail, and try again. Speak up, step forward, and trust their own voice—even when the path ahead feels uncertain. Because the truth is, confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from knowing you have what it takes to figure things out along the way.

At Girl Gonna Launch, we’re not just teaching entrepreneurship.
We’re raising up a generation of girls who know they belong in every room, and every boardroom.

Let’s launch something extraordinary. Together.

I used to feel safe inside my box. Getting outside was terrifying. I have always stayed with the same friends in high school and never made an effort to make new friends. I stayed in the same sports and clubs that I have been in for year because I knew I was good at them. I was not happy and I did not feel fulfilled. After working with you, my life has changed. I saw the value that being vulnerable can have in my life. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried new things. I feel like there is more to me than just soccer now. I had so many fears but I am so happy and grateful to have built more confidence in myself. I believe in myself and my ideas and am ready to take them into the world!

I wish I had worked with you years ago. I am a lot more open now. I have more friends, more ideas, and more opportunities now than I ever had. I feel more mature as well and at the same time I feel like I closer to being my best self and being successful for the rest of my life.
